1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Mental Models Agent (the 'Service'), developed and operated by Galaxy Wong. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service is an AI-powered deep analysis tool that analyzes your questions through 10 mental models (including Demand Triangle, Five-Dimensional Thinking, First Principles, and others), providing structured insights and recommendations.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may sign in using Google OAuth or email/password to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account and must not share your login credentials with others.

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Plan

Free users may perform 10 deep analyses per month. Quotas reset at the beginning of each month.

4.2 Pro Subscription

The Pro plan costs HK$38 per month, providing 300 deep analyses per month and access to all premium features. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the cycle ends.

4.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of AI analysis services, all payments are generally non-refundable. If a technical issue prevents normal use of the Service, please contact us and we will evaluate compensation on a case-by-case basis.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via your account settings or the Pricing page. Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • ✗Use the Service for any illegal activity or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • ✗Submit questions containing hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • ✗Attempt to circumvent usage quotas or abuse the Service through automated means
  • ✗Use the Service's outputs to mislead others or spread misinformation
  • ✗Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or algorithms of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and AI model architecture) are the property of Galaxy Wong and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

AI analyses provided by the Service are for reference only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI analyses. For important decisions, please consult relevant professionals.

The Service is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxy Wong shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page, and users will be notified within the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
